Enjoy watching a sailboat regatta on Lake Nagawicka. They are sooo quiet!

Nearby is the picturesque Bark River. With your canoe or kayak, you can boat up most of it.

Situated on the east side of Lake Nagawicka we get to see beautiful sunsets.

On your way to the restaurant enjoy watching the sailboats if you're lucky.

Many great blue herons frequent our neighborhood. Their rookery is nearby.

Since our three harbors are spring feed, we have open water year round and do not need to take out our piers and boat lifts.

Just like the large variety of nature in the area, we have a variety of condo configurations.

The kingfisher sometimes stops by during their migration.

The wood duck has been known to stop by.

Occaisionally a new family moves into the neighborhood like these sandhill cranes!
